Wears Zone (“we”, “us”) manufactures custom sportswear and streetwear from Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect when you use wearszone.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a quote Your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, team, school or brand name, country, delivery deadline, the products and quantities you selected, and anything you write in the notes field. If you upload artwork, we receive that file.
When you contact us Your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
When you message us on WhatsApp Your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own terms apply to that platform.
Automatically, when you browse Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and analytics tools.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. No payment is taken online.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you a quote and a mockup
- To produce a sample or an order you have approved
- To reply to your enquiry by email or WhatsApp
- To arrange shipping and complete export documentation
- To follow up on a quote you requested but did not proceed with
- To understand which pages and campaigns are working, in aggregate
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your artwork and designs
Any logo, artwork or design file you send us stays yours. We use it only to produce your mockup, sample and order.
We will not use your artwork in our portfolio, on our website or on social media without asking you first.
We keep artwork files so repeat orders match your previous production. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who we share data with
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database
- Our email provider, which delivers notifications and replies
- Analytics providers, which receive anonymised usage data
- Shipping and freight companies, which need delivery details on a confirmed order
- WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message us there
We do not transfer your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and order records are kept for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour reorders and answer questions about past production.
You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your quote basket working between pages, to remember preferences, and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though the quote basket may stop working correctly.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with comparable data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data
- Stop using your data for marketing
- Send you a copy of your data in a portable format
